The Role
Working in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment, you will start with core pick/pack duties with a clear path to stepping up into heavy machinery operation and logistics coordination.

• Location: Banyo (On-Site parking)
• Pay Rate: $34.00 – $38.00 per hour (dependent on your current tickets and experience)
• Shifts Available: 8AM - 4PM - MON - FRI with weekend OT oppourtunites (Great work-life balance!)
• Status: Ongoing casual positions with consistent hours and long-term stability.

• • Pick & Pack: Gathering and packing car battery orders accurately using RF scanners.
  • Heavy Lifting: Safely managing manual handling tasks and moving heavy automotive battery stock.
  • Forklift Operation: Utilizing an LF forklift to load/unload trucks and stage heavy pallets.
  • Truck Driving & Ride-Alongs: Assisting with transport routes, jumping in for local truck deliveries, and riding along to handle client off-loads.

• Warehouse Experience: Proven history as a pick packer, process worker, or general labourer.
• Desire to Learn: A proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to upskill on-site.
• Tickets (Advantageous): A current LF Forklift licence or MR Truck licence is a massive plus, but not a dealbreaker if you are willing to learn!
• Safety First: A strong commitment to maintaining a safe, hazard-free work environment.
